Introduction

Civil Capital Market Limited (CCML) is a public limited company established under Company Act, 2063 and works as a Merchant Banker licensed by Securities Board of Nepal in 2009.It has started its operation from 12th May 2009.

Civil Capital Market Ltd. is a subsidiary of Civil Bank and Civil Group. Civil Bank is an ‘A’ class commercial bank, founded in 2010, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. Civil Bank has 51 branches all across the nation with its head office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.  Driven by a customer-centered philosophy, Civil Bank Limited always endeavours to provide essential banking services and access to finance to Nepali denizens from all strata across the country through the support of sophisticated technology.

Civil Group is one of Nepal’s largest and rapidly growing business conglomerates.
